Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Compliance
The Intelligent Enterprise Group ("TIEG") is committed to strict 100% compliance with the EU AI Act.
1. Intended Purpose of AI Systems
The Intelligent Enterprise Group ("TIEG") provides the AI Expert Team Platform, including all built-in AI agents, OmniPredict AI, and custom models (collectively, the "Services"), strictly as general-purpose operational, creative, and administrative support tools. The Services are not designed, intended, or authorized to be used as safety components of products, nor for making critical decisions that produce legal effects concerning natural persons or similarly significantly affect them.
2. Prohibited Uses (Unacceptable and High-Risk AI Practices)
To ensure compliance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) and international safety standards, Users (Deployers) are strictly prohibited from using the Services, via Desktop, Server, or API, for any of the following purposes: A) Unacceptable Risk (Banned Practices): Deploying the Services for cognitive behavioral manipulation, social scoring, untargeted scraping of facial images, emotion recognition in the workplace or educational institutions, or biometric categorization based on sensitive traits. B) Fully Automated High-Risk Decisions: Using the Services as a primary, fully automated decision-making tool without meaningful human oversight in high-risk sectors as defined by the EU AI Act (Annex III). While users are permitted to use the Services in these sectors strictly in an assistive, 'human-in-the-loop' capacity, they may not use the Services to independently make final decisions in areas including, but not limited to:
- Biometric identification systems.
- Critical infrastructure management (where failure could put life/health at risk).
- Educational or vocational training assessments (e.g., scoring exams to determine access to education).
- Employment, workers management, and access to self-employment (e.g., automated CV screening, firing decisions).
- Essential private and public services (e.g., evaluating creditworthiness, calculating insurance premiums, evaluating welfare benefits).
- Law enforcement, border control, or administration of justice.
- Medical devices or clinical diagnostic tools in healthcare.
Note: The Services may be used for general operational, administrative, or assistive tasks within these sectors (e.g., OmniPredict AI for healthcare forecasting, or AI agents for drafting HR documents), provided a qualified human makes all final decisions. In such cases, the User assumes all regulatory responsibilities as outlined in Section 3.
3. User (Deployer) Responsibilities and Shift of Liability
TIEG provides the Services as a general-purpose tool. If a User integrates, modifies, or deploys the Services into a workflow that qualifies as a High-Risk AI System under the EU AI Act or applicable local laws, the User assumes the role and all legal obligations of a "Provider" under such laws.
- The User accepts full sole responsibility for conducting mandatory fundamental rights impact assessments, conformity assessments, obtaining CE marking, and ensuring data governance.
- TIEG explicitly disclaims any liability for regulatory fines, damages, or legal repercussions resulting from a User deploying the Services in a High-Risk or Prohibited manner.
4. Transparency and Generated Content
The Services include generative AI tools capable of producing text, images, and data analysis.
- Acknowledgment: By using the Services, the User acknowledges they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system.
- Output Marking: Users agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any metadata, watermarks, or machine-readable provenance data automatically embedded into image or media outputs by TIEG software.
- Disclosure: Users agree to comply with all applicable transparency laws when publishing synthetic content generated by the Services, including clearly informing third parties when content has been artificially generated or manipulated, particularly for deepfakes or public-facing automated chatbots.
5. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TIEG, its directors, and employees from any claims, regulatory fines, penalties, or damages arising out of the Userâs violation of this AI Acceptable Use Policy, including the unauthorized use of the Services for High-Risk AI practices.
